Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Biomedical Data Scientist to join our team in the Institute for Biomedical Informatics.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performing data analyses
- Writing clean and efficient code and creating analysis reports that are organized and reproducible
- Interpreting routine analyses and completing scientific writing tasks (e.g., manuscripts, abstracts)
- Managing data storage across servers/platforms
• Contributing to development of lab SOPS

- Master’s degree in Bioinformatics or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in programming and data analysis
- Proven experience with python, R, NGS data analysis
