Quality Engineer Intern - Military veterans preferred

This internship offers hands-on experience in the field of quality assurance in the manufacturing world. As a Quality Engineering Intern, you will contribute to continuous improvement efforts, assist in testing processes, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards and testing procedures for products and processes.
• Conduct tests and inspections to identify issues, defects, and areas for improvement.
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements in manufacturing processes.
• Prepare quality reports and documentation, including test results, defect tracking, and corrective action plans.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality issues.
• Support the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Assist in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a degree in Quality Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of quality engineering principles, testing methodologies, and tools.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data collection.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
