The BI Operations Manager will bring a strong operations-focused mindset, balancing customer service excellence, team leadership, and technical proficiency. This individual will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality, consistent support across BI platforms and services.
This role requires a proactive approach to identifying, analyzing, and improving business processes, with a particular focus on root cause analysis of recurring issues, and effective cross-team communication. The manager will implement and manage performance metrics that align with operational goals and will lead efforts to optimize workflows, reduce ticket volumes, and promote knowledge sharing.
The manager will provide hands-on mentoring across technical and soft skills, encourage operational ownership among team members, and serve as the bridge between technical execution and stakeholder satisfaction. He/She will collaborate with internal teams and partner groups to ensure BI operational processes are well-defined, effectively communicated, and continuously evolving to meet business needs.
