JOB TITLE: Correspondence and Tasker Coordinator

LOCATION: Falls Church, VA

TRAVEL: As required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position


ASRT, Inc. provides scientific, information management, management consulting, and administrative program support to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other Federal and private sector clients. The successful candidate will be a full-time employee of ASRT, Inc. and will be assigned to support a Defense Health Agency (DHA) initiative.


SCOPE OF WORK
The Correspondence and Tasker Coordinator will support division-wide operations by tracking taskers and official correspondence, ensuring timely response management, and maintaining internal communication templates. This position requires strong organizational skills, a thorough understanding of government tasking systems, and the ability to interact effectively across multiple teams.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track, manage, and ensure timely responses to division-wide taskers and official correspondence.
  • Maintain and update internal communication and response templates.
  • Act as a liaison between staff members to ensure coordination and compliance with deadlines.
  • Monitor and report tasker and correspondence status to leadership.
  • Develop and refine tracking tools and processes for managing incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Support special projects related to correspondence management as assigned.
  • Contribute to improvements in internal communication workflows and practices.
  • Provide analytical support for tracking and reporting communications performance metrics.
Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Four (4) years of experience working with government tasking and correspondence systems.

Required:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Familiarity with government correspondence and tasking platforms highly desired.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and task tracking software.

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • Public Trust preferred.

REQUIREMENT: Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident or have authorization for employment in the United States.
