Job Summary
The Human Development Institute (HDI) at the University of Kentucky is seeking to fill a Disability Program Administrator Associate position. This position will work as the Certification/TA Supervisor on the 1915i Recovery Independence Support Engagement (RISE) initiative.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Supervision of Disability Program Specialist II RISE staff supporting participants in the 1915i RISE initiative by working in the office and field to ensure that education, technical assistance re-certifications and follow up is provided in a timely and professional manner.
- Visiting field locations to ensure staff are following all appropriate record keeping and confidentiality policies.
- Evaluating and monitoring the effectiveness of the RISE initiative by communicating with central office staff regarding issues in the field.
- Consulting and communicating with other state agencies (Medicaid, DCBS, etc) and service providers.
Work related travel is a requirement of this position.
