Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth user research and analysis: Utilize user research, data analytics, user interviews and other research methods to understand user behavior, identify pain points and uncover opportunities to improve user engagement.
- Develop, manage and execute a user communication plan: Translate opportunities to engage users and drive feature adoption into campaigns using a combination of communication strategies (in-app messaging, email campaigns, videos, etc.). You will collaborate with marketing to develop the creative assets, but you will be responsible for building out the campaigns in the communications platform.
- Develop and own the product roadmap of user engagement initiatives: Identify product features or improvements that can boost user engagement. Collaborate with other product managers to further define and prioritize based on potential impact and alignment with the overall product strategy.
- Define and document product requirements: Translate initiatives into user stories, engineering requirements and wireframes/mocks to further define recommended product features needed to increase user engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key engagement metrics: Identify key engagement metrics and ensure proper instrumentation is in place to capture the necessary data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Collaborate with product, engineering, design, marketing, customer success and other teams to ensure successful development, launch, and iteration of engagement focused campaigns and features.
Qualifications- Experience working on consumer facing applications for Android, iOS and Web, with an emphasis on consumer experience.
- Deep understanding and empathy for users with the ability to propose solutions and experiences to better engage with our users.
- Experience working in an Agile software environment with frequent releases and proficiency with tools such as Jira.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to drive product decisions.
- Ability to demonstrate experience where new user experiences or product improvements directly influenced key business metrics.
- Proficient with Html and scripting language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to organize and present thoughts clearly and concisely to internal audiences.
- 2+ years product marketing, engineering, or product management experience working on consumer experience projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Braze or a similar CRM platform.
- Consumer Directed healthcare experience in Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts and other spending accounts.
- Experience working in Pendo, WalkMe or similar guidance tools.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
