ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Perform Quality Control surveillance on preventative maintenance, repair and construction.
  • Input inspection results to the Quality Control Inspection
  • Create and follow up on Corrective Actions generated from deficiencies.
  • Track and trend observation
  • Collaboratively work with Group Leaders to identify corrective measures for any deficiencies.
  • Conduct follow-ups to deficiencies recorded to ensure Corrective Action.
  • Prepare inspection reports for submission to the Project.
  • Develop inspection requirement summaries and inspection guides based on the contract PWS and internal standards.
  • Review standard operating procedures, work instructions and workflow.
  • Prepare routine and ad hoc.
  • Interface and communicate with trades workers, professional staff, supervisors, managers and government counterparts in a professional manner.
  • Provide quality control training for site staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Working both indoors and outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions and potentially austere environments.
  • Regularly exposed to industrial/ construction, environments involving equipment, electrical or mechanical hazards, elevated work areas, confined spaces, dust, hazardous materials, and odors
  • Potential exposure to continuous loud noise produced by machinery and/or equipment
  • Must be able to work 7am-4pm, Monday-Friday onsite with limited exceptions approved by Project Manager.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
  • Must complete all mandated training requirements per government and management directives.
  • Must be able to obtain a favorable National Agency Check (NAC) per contract.
  • Must be a legal U.S. Resident per contract.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in the English Language per contract.
