Front desk reception role for our Corporate Head Office
Become the face of DHL Supply Chain in this front desk receptionist role for our Corporate Head Office based in Rhodes. Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for:
Greeting all visitors including high profile customers, ensuring sign in processes are followed
Arranging catering for meetings, site events and customer visits
Administration, data entry and raising of purchase orders
Managing meeting room bookings and scheduling
Setting up meeting rooms including AV systems where required
Scheduling maintenance for the office and liaising with contractors, DHL facilities team and building maintenance
Ordering of office supplies and replenishing common areas eg. kitchen and utility room
Office correspondence – distribution of announcements etc.
Maintain WHS standards around the office
Booking online domestic airline travel and accommodation
Handling in/outbound mail & couriers as required
Site inductions for new starters and visitors

You have the following qualities & experience to be successful in this role:
Previous experience within a similar administrative role
Experience in a front office environment
Strong attention to detail
Professional manner and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
Demonstrated communication skills (oral & written)
Microsoft Office & Excel skills
Reliable, organised and able to work independently
