DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a HGV Class 1 Driver / Drayperson to play a vital role in our distribution service.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Drive a HGV Class 1 Vehicle to multi drop delivery points which could be pubs, clubs and restaurants
• Working as part of a two person crew deliver alcohol to customers
• Carry out very high levels of manual handling
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• You will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card

Please be aware applicants will need a minimum of 6 months actively using their license to be considered
