ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and monitor the “trust compliance program” for compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for trust and investment management accounts.
Work with Trust business-line units to interpret and execute various regulatory and compliance issues / projects, including
Monitor account administration, investment, and operational compliance for:
Responsible for the coordination, monitoring, and follow-up reporting on:
Serve as a liaison with the BancFirst Internal Audit Group for trust-related audit matters.
Prepare quarterly and annual FFIEC – Call Reports – Schedule RC-T – Fiduciary and Related Services Reports.
Prepare and monitor “trust collateral reports” for Oklahoma State Banking Department.
Monitor USA Patriot Act and Bank Secrecy Act compliance for trust and investment management accounts.
Compile and prepare annual “Fiduciary Risk Management Report” for the BancFirst Executive Committee.
Monitor daily overdraft and large balance reports.
Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position.
Monitor “quarterly securities transaction reports” (FRB Reg. H, FDIC Rules & Regulations – Part 344, and OCC 12 CFR 12) for compliance.
Serve on various Trust Committees
Provide legal review of governing agreements and documents for new and existing accounts, vendors, and service providers.
This position will report to the Operations and Compliance Manager of the Trust and Investment Management Division
REQUIREMENTS
Three to five years experience in the trust administration, investments, trust audit, and/or operations, or related experience (i.e. law practice).
In-depth knowledge of trust administration and applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Knowledge of trust and investment management activities, products, and services.
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Excellent personal computing skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Minimum of a Bachelors degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, law, or more than 7 years of relevant experience.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Juris Doctorate (JD) preferred, but not required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 5 pounds
