Shift
Monday – Friday 7:00 am-3:00 pm but will vary (including weekends) depending upon group rental and summer camp schedules. Occasional overtime.
Job Summary
The West Kentucky 4-H Camp seeks a Building Operator. The Building Operator position is located at Dawson Springs, Ky and plays a vital role in the maintenance and repair of camp facilities and equipment. Each camp houses approximately 3,000 summer campers as well as being utilized year round by outside rental groups. It is imperative that we provide a safe, well maintained environment for all those that use the center facilities.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Requires skill/knowledge of carpentry, electricity, plumbing, operation of gas powered equipment, and grounds maintenance.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? NoPreferred Education/Experience
Two years of related experience.
Drivers’ License preferred.
