While you won't be expected to be a subject matter expert, your willingness to dive deep, ask questions, and truly understand the functions you're working with is crucial. Your ability to build trust and credibility with business partners will be as important as your project management and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates high learning agility, and can quickly adapt to new projects, business areas, and technologies. Success in this role requires intellectual curiosity, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to effectively switch between multiple initiatives while maintaining quality and momentum. Most importantly, you should be someone who enjoys being both a leader and an active participant in driving transformational change.

Strategic Project Leadership & Execution:

  • Lead cross-functional operational and technological transformation initiatives
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Drive process improvement and operational efficiency programs
  • Identify opportunities for business optimization and innovation
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and KPIs

Process Excellence & Innovation:

  • Actively participate in process analysis and improvement activities
  • Partner with business units to identify and implement operational improvements
  • Translate business needs into effective solutions
  • Design and implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency
  • Create clear documentation that demonstrates understanding of business operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in process improvement and project management
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and understand different business operations
  • Track record of building strong business partnerships and credibility
  • Experience with project management tools (Wrike, Jira, etc.)
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification or equivalent
  • Six Sigma or Lean certification
  • Experience with technology implementation projects
  • Knowledge of insurance industry or technical services
  • Understanding of data privacy and security considerations
  • Change management experience

Skills & Competencies:

  • Natural curiosity and passion for understanding how things work
  • Ability to build trust and credibility across all organizational levels
  • Excellence in active listening and learning
  • Strong situational awareness and business acumen
  • Ability to balance leadership with hands-on participation
  • Comfort with asking questions and learning from others
  • Exceptional learning agility and adaptability
