Job Description:
Threat Tec, a leading provider of cyber and technical solutions, is seeking a Certified System Administrator (CSA) for our operations at Holloman AFB. The CSA will be responsible for providing essential client and system support to contractor personnel stationed at Creech and Holloman AFB. This position requires adherence to IAT Level II certification standards as outlined by DoD 8140 and AFMAN 17-1303.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive client and system support to contractor personnel located at Creech and Holloman AFB.
  • Collaborate with local Cybersecurity (CS) and Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) teams to maintain hardware and software applications, ensuring robust technical support.
  • Serve as the primary site liaison for Learning Management System (LMS) applications.
  • Coordinate with Learning Management System Integrators to ensure seamless support and integration of LMS applications.
  • Act as the focal point for help desk matters related to LMS configurations, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain compliance with security clearance requirements, specifically maintaining a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

  • IAT Level II certification in accordance with DoD 8140 and AFMAN 17-1303.
  • Proven experience in managing network or server infrastructure, as well as software/hardware applications.
  • Strong technical skills with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Must hold a Secret clearance
