Responsibilities

As a Marketing Automation Manager, you play a vital role in the creation and execution of our integrated digital marketing campaigns. You will be creating and implementing scalable Marketing Automation programs that help us deliver multi-touch and email marketing campaigns that attract new customers and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including strategy, segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continual evaluation for improvements.
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth. Make recommendations to internal stakeholders based on findings.
  • Run Salesforce reports and pull Hubspot lists for targeting and segmentation; report on campaign/digital asset performance; work with Operations teams on executive-level reporting
  • Coordinate regional marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
  • Proactively gather internal and external stakeholder sentiment to improve digital experiences. Collaboration with Events, Campaigns, Global Operations, and Product Marketing teams required.
  • Provide input on campaign design in order to improve overall performance.
  • Strong landing page design skills

Education / Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in developing integrated campaigns in a Marketing Automation platform, e.g., Hubspot
• Hubspot experience strongly desired
• Significant experience with Salesforce CRM and lead management for campaigns
• Experience working with project management software such as Monday.com or equivalent
• HTML/CSS experience preferred
• Strong intrapersonal skills, people love to collaborate with you
