Job Summary

Responsible for processing all equipment through the Sage Asset Management System (AMS) for the production labs. Responsible for out-processing and distribution of items received from production labs. Scheduling pick-ups and deliveries is a critical responsibility that insures we keep our promise to the customer of providing efficient service.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Out Process & distribute all items received from production labs
  • Schedule daily deliveries and pick-ups
  • Monitor & Organize pick-up, delivery, rejection shelves daily
  • Monitor & Organize deliveries & packing slips for delivery driver
  • Inform Inductions Manager of any delays with equipment
  • Help customers who come to pick up and drop off equipment
  • Monitor Truancy Report weekly for items with status greater than 10 days
  • Assist Inductions Administrator when absent or slow work flow
  • Continue to develop further calibration knowledge through training on the SCI Portal and externally
  • Assist with front desk coverage once a week


Education/Training Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED and 6-months customer or administrative related experience, or an associate degree or higher.


Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry and transport equipment weighing up to 50lbs (assisted)
  • Bending/squatting/kneeling/stooping/crouching/walking up to 8 hours per day
