Job Overview
AGS is looking for a multi-talented, digitally fluent Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced Marketing Team. This junior-level role is ideal for a creative who blends bold ideas with sharp execution across digital and print formats. Youll play a key part in shaping our brand through high-impact visuals for product launches, campaigns, and events. We need someone with strong corporate design experience who thrives under tight timelines, can juggle multiple priorities, and collaborates well across departments. Responsibilities
  • Design compelling digital graphics for websites, social media, email newsletters, digital ads, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Develop large-format graphics including booth panels, banners, posters, and billboards for events like G2E and GameON
  • Support the visual execution of product launches, corporate campaigns, and brand initiatives
  • Produce traditional and print-ready assets including advertisements, flyers, brochures, and logos with a strong understanding of print production best practices (bleeds, printer marks, CMYK vs RGB, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Creative Services and Brand Marketing teams to translate marketing strategies into compelling visuals
  • Accept and implement constructive feedback from cross-functional stakeholders with professionalism and adaptability
  • Manage creative workflows and deadlines using Monday.com and review/edit assets via online proofing software
  • Utilize modern web-based design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, and AI-enhanced platforms like ChatGPT, Leonardo, and Gemini to increase output and efficiency
  • Contribute to both internal and external-facing visual needs including company website updates, internal communications, and sales enablement assets
  • Help manage and organize branded assets, design libraries, and project files
  • Keep up with current design trends, tools, and best practices across both digital and print landscapes
Skills/Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a corporate or agency setting with a strong graphic design background
  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred
  • A robust portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital, print, branding, and production design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva Pro, Adobe Express, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience creating email graphics, social media posts, digital ads, and responsive website assets
  • Knowledge of print production processes including large-format design, logo design, advertisements, and prepping print files with bleeds and printer marks
  • Familiarity with AI-supported creative tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Leonardo.Ai, etc.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Confident in managing timelines, project lists, and design versions in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with project management software (e.g., Monday.com) and proofing platforms (e.g., Ziflow or similar)
  • Highly collaborative and receptive to feedback
  • A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
Preferred
  • Hands-on experience with social media marketing and integrated campaign design
  • Basic motion graphics or video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere, Canva Video, etc.)
  • Brand identity and logo development
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with web teams
  • Understanding of accessibility and responsiveness in digital design
