Job Summary
The Human Development Institute (HDI) at the University of Kentucky is seeking to fill a Disability Program Specialist II position. This position will work as an SIS Assessor on the 1915i Recovery Independence Support Engagement (RISE) initiative.

This position will:
  • Provide individual assessments and other supports to the 1915i RISE initiative and its participants.
  • Promote development of quality services for individuals with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Substance Misuse or Use (SMU)/ Substance Use Disorder (SUD) diagnoses.

Work related travel is a requirement of this position.

This position will advance HDI’s mission and strategic plan. In alignment with HDI core values, this position will contribute to a workplace in which individual differences are recognized, appreciated, respected and responded to in ways that fully develop and utilize each person’s talents and strengths.

This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. Further details will be discussed during the hiring process for the chosen applicants.
