In collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO will be responsible for leading the short- and long-term strategic direction of our organization, and for optimizing effective and efficient delivery of safe and high-quality healthcare. The COO will oversee the programmatic and regulatory aspects of all services, as to maintain compliance with appropriate local, state and federal regulations and statutes and keeping with ethical and effective interventions. The COO has shared-responsibility with the Executive Team to maintain optimal strategic positioning and financial sustainability of the organization. The COO will be working with the Executive Team to ensure that our operations drive forward the mission, goals, vision, and sustainability of MFS. Success in this position requires a results-driven approach; effective use of Lean Sigma Six, Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), or similar lean and high quality practice management expertise; familiarity with electronic health record informatics and data analysis; and strong leadership skills. The COO will actively engage with other community agencies, stakeholders, and individual relationships to promote the agency's presence and involvement in the community.
