Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Integration Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology integrations related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), with a strong emphasis on ERP system integration. This role is critical to ensuring smooth technology transitions, minimal business disruption, and long-term scalability as our organization continues to grow through acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead IT integration activities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, serving as the primary liaison between acquired entities and internal IT teams.
• Develop comprehensive IT integration plans aligned with business goals, covering infrastructure, applications, security, data, and user access.
• Oversee ERP integration projects including system mapping, data migration, testing, user training, and go-live support.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, HR, etc.) to understand business processes and ensure integrated systems meet business needs.
• Conduct system assessments of acquired companies, identifying risks and integration challenges.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, consultants, and managed service providers as needed.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and report status to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and industry regulations.
• Manage change effectively through strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field; Masters degree or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or IT integration, with a focus on M&A and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Proven experience leading multiple successful IT integration projects in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Familiarity with data migration strategies, system architecture, and business process mapping.
• PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth industries with frequent acquisitions.
• Working knowledge of integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) or middleware platforms.
• Ability to navigate cultural and organizational change during post-acquisition phases.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.
