- Support mission debriefs, providing event feedback to instructors, students, and crew members.
- Make real-time adjustments to tactical scenarios based on crew actions to ensure training objectives are met.
- Link multiple MQ-9 simulators together for multi-ship operations to replicate complex scenarios.
- Operate simulators on a non-instructional basis for continuation training, safety investigation boards, accident investigation boards, test programs, and distinguished visitor events, ensuring realistic training environments.
- Provide real-time adjustments based on instructor or crew feedback to meet mission objectives and simulate external agencies.
Qualifications
- Experience operating simulators or in training environments within military aviation or related fields.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills to resolve issues with simulator hardware or software.
- Ability to make real-time tactical adjustments to scenarios and ensure seamless mission support.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with instructors, students, and team members.
