SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Program Strategist is a Process Expert accountable for working with staff in Education, subject matter experts (SMEs) in other divisions, and leadership to support the creation of the educational master plan and work with pillar teams to execute the annual educational master plan. This role supports overall educational process improvements and implementation.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree (or through equivalent work experience) plus at least 4-6 years of related work experience. Must be familiar with Confluence and JIRA searching and reporting capabilities, dashboards, add-ons that expand their functionality, and workflows. Must have a strong process focus and the ability to facilitate teams. Must have the ability to understand and apply ACCME Essentials and Standards for Commercial Support, and other applicable laws or regulations with which AAFP-provided CME must comply. Strong written and oral communication skills; effective time management skills, problem solving abilities and the ability to multi-task. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
