Work Location: This is an onsite position at our Houston office

Compensation: $18-19/hour

In this role, you will act as a liaison between clients as well as other TSI departments to handle requests and inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors to provide a positive first impression.
  • Research data to reconcile account specifics.
  • Review new enrollment applications and established programs for accuracy.
  • Handle and respond to daily customer correspondence.
  • Handle and respond to daily client requests, inquiries, and problems via telephone, email, fax and mail.
  • Produce reports as requested by clients by assisting in the creation of the reports.
  • Dependent upon position, demonstrate ability and willingness to learn new computer platform/systems.
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws \ regulations
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with TSI policies and procedures.
  • Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
  • Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or GED certificate, or equivalent of relevant work experience desired.
  • Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office required
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required
  • Must have professional and mature manner, have a "can-do" attitude
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision required
  • Ability to work in a team fostered environment
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work
  • Attention to Detail

Physical Requirements:

  • Normal, corrective vision range; ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
  • Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend and reach
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20lbs with or without accommodation
