Patient Relations Specialist (part time)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls relating to our Referral line
  • Knowledge of current patient database and billing system
  • Solid understanding of the products and services offered by the company to assist callers
  • Assist with collecting data for referral sources
  • Direct referral sources to the appropriate sales contact

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Hands on experience with CRMS softward and MS Office
  • Excellent organizational skills and multi tasking
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer service
  • Skilled in time management when working independently or as part of a team while ensuring deadlines
    are met
  • Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills to effectively problem solve and present solutions
  • Understands and adheres to confidentiality requirements in relation to patient nformation

You will be expected to work during normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.
