Operation Shift Manager - Military veterans preferred

Responsibilities

• To plan, coordinate, execute and control all activities in the shift of responsibility on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the operation runs smoothly and effectively in order to achieve the set objectives, targets and goals within the set budget.

• To assist superiors in maintaining and enhancing relations with the customers

• To provide leadership and motivation to all staff within the scope of responsibility

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse operations field especially in Retails business required
• Good experience background both in managing operation and transport in contract logistics is desirable
• Good presentation skill and ability to communicate effectively both in Thai and English
• Good team leadership & good team player 
• Computer Literacy skills (Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, etc.)
