DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a SAP Clerk to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• To allow the accurate processing of POD's and Credits/ Debits whilst ensuring traceability is fully maintained for any product outside of DHL's control.
• Daily retrieval and processing of POD confirmation and amendment.
• Daily investigation of credit and debit claims.
• Processing of month end POD's ensuring accurate records are maintained to reduce any risk.
• Root Cause and identify corrective/ preventative measures for any deviations found through the above processes.
• Provide support to the site stock team/ stock controllers when necessary.

• Ability to follow work instructions / procedures and safety rules
• Must be able to travel to other sites for training
