Your role:

You will be responsible to guide the design of LLP transformation solutions. This includes transport network optimization initiatives, networking with customer partner teams, and developing compelling solutions.

What will we do together?

  • Define and implement Value Creation strategies for Lead Logistics Partner customers.
  • Meet contractual and budget goals, including savings and gain share targets.
  • Manage customer requests and create tailored transport solutions.
  • Deliver transport-focused supply chain improvements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert within the LLP team and community.

Who are we looking for?

  • 3–4 years of experience managing transport operations or logistics.
  • Deep understanding of transport networks ( road, rail, sea, air), route planning, load optimization, fleet management.
  • Experience in workflow analysis, bottle neck identification and transport processes redesign.
  • Good understanding of cost structure in transport and ability to implement cost-saving measures.
  • Ability to benchmark against industry standards and drive transport improvement projects
  • Familiarity of transport regulations, safety standards and environmental policies impacting transport execution (e.g., driver work hours, ADR, GDP, temp-control conditions).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to analyze transport data, manage KPIs, and use TMS or similar systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%).
