Within LLP business (Lead Logistics Partner) we deliver 4PL (fourth parts logistic) services for our European and global customers. Your role:

You will lead supply chain improvement initiatives across multiple LLP transformation projects, focusing on transport strategy and network optimization. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert, you'll collaborate with customer teams to design sustainable and cost-effective logistics solutions. Key responsibilities include analyzing supply chain processes, developing "what-if" scenarios, and supporting budget forecasting through freight cost modeling.

What will we do together?

  • Define and implement Value Creation strategies for LLP customers, focusing on transport network optimization.
  • Meet contractual and budget goals, including achieving savings and gain share targets through strategic transport initiatives.
  • Manage customer requests and create tailored transport solutions that address specific needs and challenges.
  • Deliver transport-focused supply chain improvements by analyzing current operations and identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Conduct detailed transport network studies to pinpoint inefficiencies and develop actionable plans for improvement.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to enhance transport efficiency, effectiveness, and cost savings.
  • Act as a subject matter expert within the LLP team and community, providing guidance and insights on transport network optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in transport operations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Who are we looking for?

  • 3–4 years of experience managing transport operations or logistics, with a proven track record in transport network studies.
  • Deep understanding of transport networks (road, rail, sea, air), including route planning, load optimization, and fleet management.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct transport network studies, analyze operations, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
  • Expertise in workflow analysis, bottleneck identification, and transport process redesign to enhance efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of cost structures in transport and ability to implement cost-saving measures effectively.
  • Ability to benchmark against industry standards and drive transport improvement projects to achieve best-in-class performance.
  • Familiarity with transport regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies impacting transport execution (e.g., driver work hours, ADR, GDP, temp-control conditions).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing transport data, managing KPIs, and using TMS or other transport systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%) to support project implementation and collaborate with stakeholders.
