Description
General program information and/or position overview. As a Production Control Lead, you are a critical link between planning and manufacturing, responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of production schedules and alignment with engineering and supply chain objectives. You play a key role in driving high-quality, on-time delivery by managing production flow processes across programs. Through close collaboration with the program, design team, procurement, and manufacturing teams, you help ensure the smooth introduction and movement of both new and existing products throughout the production lifecycle.

The Maritime Systems Division (MSD) of Leidos develops, integrates, and deploys advanced technology solutions that address existing and emerging maritime missions for a range of customers across the Department of Defense (DoD). In that regard, it is imperative for us to engage an exceptional professional as a Production Control Lead at our Long Beach, MS facility. Current and future projects span advanced concept and prototype development, low-rate initial production and full-rate production.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively with an outstanding group of engineers and technologists located in Long Beach MS. The successful applicant will become part of a world class team that is a recognized leader in maritime systems development and will support production of advanced electronic systems for the Department of Defense.
