Description

The purpose of your role as a Superintendent

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring that the project is progressing according to plan and client specifications in conjunction with the Project Manager. Provides overall supervision and coordination of staff direction and guidance of the daily activities of construction workers, contractors, and sub-contractors. This position works closely with project managers to meet labor requirements and ensure successful execution of project work. Provides successful overall execution of all project activities in accordance with Company policies, procedures and key objectives, and in compliance with all applicable collective bargaining agreements

What we're looking for in you

  • Must be willing to travel
  • 10+ years of thorough knowledge with other construction trades.
  • Expert knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions and trade practices.
  • 5+ years of supervisory or equivalent experience in similar type facility construction
  • 10+ years of thorough knowledge of company and project safety programs in addition to construction and general industry safety standards.
  • 10+ years of expert understanding of mechanical systems
  • 10+ years of expert ability to read and comprehend construction documents

Pay Range: $119,187 - $178,781 per year

The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
