Overview

This role will be diverse and multi-faceted in the duties it requires.  The role will assist with assigned projects, including teaming with colleagues, and helping with establishing objectives and timelines. In this role the candidate will help create promotional materials, assist with the development of company websites, organize presentations, and interact with distributors, vendors, and employees.  Additionally, in this position the role requires an attention to detail and oversight to ensure materials are in line with the IP brand strategy.

Must be able to effectively collaborate with team members, prioritize and coordinate multiple projects to ensure timely completion.  Coordinate projects within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop, write, and edit marketing content for various platforms including websites, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Website Management: Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with marketing strategies.
• Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the scheduling of marketing campaigns, events, and activities to ensure timely execution.
• Social Media: Manage social media accounts, create engaging posts, and monitor interactions to enhance brand presence.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
• Analytics: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and website performance using analytics tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to ensure cohesive communication strategies.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for marketing projects and activities as needed.

EDUCATION:  
BS in Communications or a related field or equivalent relevant experience preferred
 
EXPERIENCE:

2 years or more of related communications experience

OTHER SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: 
Communication and organization skills a must.

Writing – stories for newsletters, announcements etc.
Project management.
