Role Summary

As a Customer Operations Project Manager, you'll play a key role in leading high-impact initiatives that optimize our supply chain, enhance operational performance, and improve the customer experience across strategic reseller accounts.

In This Role, You Will…

• Lead cross-functional projects that align with Fellowes' strategic supply chain goals and deliver measurable business value
• Serve as operational liaison for high-priority customer partners, managing compliance programs and supply chain performance
• Champion continuous improvement, analyzing performance data to uncover trends, root causes, and process opportunities
• Manage change and implementation, including new account setups, system enhancements, and cross-departmental communication
• Coordinate contract reviews and ensure seamless execution of operational and customer commitments

What You Bring to the Team

• A minimum of three (3) years in project management, operations, and/or process improvement roles
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead through influence
• Proven ability to analyze data, develop insights, and drive change
• Familiarity with operations, logistics, customer experience, and compliance environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred

The hiring range for this position in Itasca, IL is $65,000 to $85,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors. An annual incentive may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
