Job Summary
The Conference and Event Services Manager is responsible for executing conference-specific tasks within University Events, delivering seamless experiences for event organizers, attendees and stakeholders. This role manages key event platforms, oversees registration for University of Kentucky conferences, and maintains comprehensive event databases. Acting as a project manager for University Events, the Conference and Event Services Manager collaborates with campus partners to align events with university initiatives, leveraging partnership opportunities to support targeted events and contribute to broader campus goals. Success in this role requires proficiency in event technology, exceptional organizational skills, and effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event management, conference services, or a related role, ideally within a higher education or similar setting.
