Full Stack Developer

CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned management consulting and digital transformation company, is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team. The developer will work under general supervision to modify moderately complex application programs based on detailed specifications. The ideal candidate is competent in most phases of applications programming activities and eager to grow with guidance in specific areas.
Develop user interactions and experiences on various applications and platforms.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for front-end and back-end development.
Develop and maintain web services and interfaces using technologies such as Angular, NodeJS, Java, IntelliJ, SQL, and Git.
Build new product features and APIs, ensuring functionality and performance.
Troubleshoot software issues, perform tests, and fix bugs.
Collaborate effectively with other teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout development sprints.
Understand and work within Agile frameworks and SDLC processes.
Support the maintenance of Linux operating systems.
Contribute to peer reviews and provide guidance to fellow developers.
Ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements.
Experience in reviewing and identifying database structure needs based on client operations and application functionality.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to contribute to both front-end and back-end development projects.
Familiarity with Web Service standards (SOAP, REST, WSDL, WS-I Basic Profile, WS-* extensions and standards).
Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) — Oracle stack preferred (Enterprise Service Bus, rules engine, service broker, BPEL engine, metadata registry).
Proficiency in XML standards (XML, XML Schema, XSLT, XPath, XML Namespaces, XML parsing).
Experience with Java Enterprise Edition (EJB-3, JAX-Web Services, dependency injection, security frameworks, transaction management).
Background in Army Logistics environments.
Experience or certification in Linux OS (Ubuntu).
Familiarity with Jira and associated tools (Bitbucket, Confluence).
Experience with software testing practices including automation, migration scripts, and test file management.
Familiarity with Spring Boot, Maven, and containerization technologies such as Docker and AWS ECS.
