Description:
We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Manager of Annual Giving to lead and grow our annual giving program. Reporting to the Director of Development – Principal Gifts, this role plays a key part in implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to maximize revenue from annual initiatives, including the Founder's Council, the Golden Circle annual giving society, and serving as liaison to Argyle members. The Manager will oversee all aspects of the annual giving program—from donor cultivation and stewardship to board support and managing a portfolio of annual giving prospects. As a vital member of the Development team, this position offers the opportunity to drive meaningful engagement and philanthropic support while working closely with institutional leadership.
Our Ideal Candidates:
Education: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of development experience is required, with a strong background in annual giving, donor portfolio management, and solicitation strategies.
License/Certification: A valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record is required. CFRE certification is preferred and considered a strong asset.
