This position is responsible to serve as a configurator as part of the Logistics Department team providing support of the Supply Chain network model using a Coupa system. We are seeking a Coupa Analyst to augment the team with a focus in Analytics and reporting. The resource will also provide support which includes troubleshooting Distribution and Transportation network issues, configuring Coupa network model, performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, and business processes. The resource would support the Logistics Department, the distribution and transportation network, the development of innovative solutions, and an occasional Ad hoc as required by your supervisor.
Responsibilities
Provide analysis of current transportation and operations practices to determine process and cost improvement opportunities.
Ability to provide presentations to peers and managers with data analytics and conclusions for departmental direction.
Serve as subject matter expert on design and development of Coupa Analytics reports.
Support regression testing of new Coupa releases.
Document project deliverables such as requirements specification, design, and test results.
Design, build, test, deploy, and support systems and processes, while adhering to compliance requirements and best practices in change management
Collaborate with technical and business subject matter experts to analyze process improvement opportunities, reduce process cycle times, and recommend changes to bring in line with industry best practices.
Ensure all documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Support review, prioritization, and testing of Coupa feature releases before the changes are deployed in production.
Troubleshoot, research, and address system issues and process challenges.
Manage data sources, quality, and accuracy.
Provide the necessary freight/distribution analysis and decision support systems for other functional areas.
Effectively communicate daily and as needed operational updates verbally, via e-mail, and via telephone.
Develop self through classes, seminars, and/or organizational events to stay current in Coupa applications.
Function as a back-up to the Systems Analyst during shifts in volume, expected and unexpected absences, and/or cross training.
Support of all Logistics reporting and analysis for the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with preference in Supply Chain Analytics, Finance, and/or Logistics. In lieu of degree, 5 or more years of equivalent experience will be acceptable. Coupa experienced is preferred.
Daily user of continuous improvement tools & methodologies.
Proficiency in data analytics and data analytical tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Demonstrated personal accountability for results.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, confidentiality and be a self-starter.
Implementation/Application experience.
Knowledge of organizational supply chain and systems preferred.

Aptitude for quantitative methods.

Ability to travel 10% of the year.
Range of pay $85,000 - $95,000 per year. Plus, annual bonus.
