Job Description:

Position is contingent on Contract Award.

Coordinates equipment storage and withdrawals, lateral transfers, permanent withdrawals, and equipment reworks for units. Responsible for operating professional warehousing and storage facilities; directing the operations of the warehouse; maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory adjustments; and receipt/record control for all equipment and supplies. Responsible for storing and maintaining equipment for about 200 units. Responsible for maintaining mission essential equipment in TM 10/20 standard for MOB, RFX, and RPL units. Performs internal management control vulnerability studies and reviews to develop controls to prevent losses and implement cost saving measures. Processes planned inventory requirements and manages all cyclical inventory processes. Prepares reports for higher authority and analyzes, evaluates, and implements instructions and notices from higher authority. Processes declared excess and damaged property for disposal.

Requirements:

Provide supervision. Leadership experience and knowledge (Minimum 5 years) of governing regulations, policies, procedures instruction in assigned area of responsibility; software at the user/operator level; automated data processing policies and procedures; and solving and/or contacting appropriate technical support to resolve system problems at site locations, as required. Skills in verbal and written communication to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports, plans, and working instructions, etc.
