POSITION SUMMARY:
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides office and administrative support services to the Executive Team and greets and assists members, vendors, and guests.

Salary range for this position is $69,280.38 - $80,996.76 with a progressive benefit package.Â
ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Â
Performs essential duties and responsibilities in the following areas which may include but are not limited to those listed and are subject to change.
- Adheres to the Credit Union's core values and Service Standards in conducting GreenState's mission and vision.
- Demonstrates a positive member service (internal and external) focus at all times.
- Demonstrates teamwork in all interactions with coworkers and in the completion of all duties and responsibilities.
- Ensures confidentiality of member information.
- Supports a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Represents GreenState with the highest level of professionalism and acts as the point of contact in dealings with employees, guests, clients, and other external organizations.
- Assists with managing the calendars for the Executive Team.
- Assists with travel accommodations, itineraries, and correspondence related to those arrangements.
- Assists in the typing, filing, and mailing of correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies and places orders when necessary.
- Assists with the preparation of various GreenState meetings, luncheons, and dinners by preparing documents, securing proper audio/visual equipment, as well as ordering food and beverages.
- Performs any other duties as may be required to meet credit union objectives.
Qualifications- A two-year college degree in management support is highly preferred.
- Minimum two years of related experience supporting executive level management.
- Strict adherence to GreenState Credit Union policies, procedures, and operations.
- Reports to work punctually, work all scheduled hours, and work overtime as necessitated by business demand.
- Exhibit a significant level of trust in addition to normal courtesy and tact to ensure the confidentiality of large volumes of sensitive information and interpersonal skills required to interact with all levels of GreenState employees and community representatives.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and professional image at all times.
- Strong organization skills with extreme attention to detail.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills required to manage and complete multiple assignments at once.
- Ability to follow specific directions and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced computer Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
- Able to perform clerical duties such as taking meticulous meeting notes, developing and maintaining files, and protecting confidential information.
- Ability to work independent of supervision to complete all tasks with minimal direction and exercise sound judgment.
- Access to reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, good driving record, and adequate automobile related insurance.
- Ability to travel between GreenState and various community locations on a regular basis.
- Must be bondable.
Reporting RelationshipThis position reports to the VP/Paralegal & Executive Services.
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position is not responsible for the supervision of others.
