HSE Programme Manager - Military veterans preferred

Salary: £40,000-£45,000

DHL Group is seeking a dedicated HSE Programme Manager to join our functional Health and safety team and drive our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives across the business unit.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, you will...

• Collaborate with the HSE Senior Leadership Team to promote and embed a Safety First Culture throughout the organization.
• Support the HSE Digitalisation agenda across HSL, ensuring that innovative solutions are integrated into our health and safety practices.
• Provide development and support to the HSE team for all new tender PCPs and Business As Usual (BAU) post go-live activities, ensuring compliance and excellence in execution.
• Lead the development and alignment of the Dangerous Goods Agenda for HSL, working closely with the HSE team to ensure safety and compliance.
• Develop and align the HSL HSE strategic programmes agenda, supporting successful programme implementation and continuous improvement.

• Strong communication and engagement skills and a passion for the subject are important factors
• Great stakeholder managment is essential
• Experience of Project Work such as programs, start-ups, workshops, innovations is deirable
• NEBOSH qualification would be a great addition
• Good working knowledge of PowerBi, LOGICS & HSE systems
