At MLT, we create solutions by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service. In support of government customer, we are seeking a Logistics Analyst – Sr. with experience in supporting (DOD Federal acquisition programs; knowledge of policy/ principles/organizational protocols).
Job Duties: Â
- Analyzing, documenting, and resolving issues related to IPS elements, including: Design Interface, Sustaining Engineering, Maintenance Planning and Management, Manpower & Personnel Supply Support, Training & Training Support, Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation, Technical Data Management, and Facilities & Infrastructure Support.Â
- Developing, reviewing, and resolving issues related to IPS elements requiring expertise in logistics planning, program sustainment, and lifecycle support to ensure mission success.Â
- Assisting in Independent Logistics Review Assessments and preparing logistics-related documents. Supporting planning, scheduling, and coordination of ILAs, PoPS, and Supportability Reviews.Â
- Tracking and managing ILA Reports and action items to ensure timely completion. Monitoring and tracking logistics taskers, consolidating logistics inputs for official program responses.Â
- Developing and maintaining Logistics Desktop Procedures and an ILA Primer to guide ILA planning and execution. Coordinating changes to Logistics support personnel assignments.Â
- Adapting to organizational changes across the PMO and communicating frequently with the COR and Government leadership to maximize efficiency. Drafting, staffing, and submitting CDRLs for Government review.Â
Education/Experience:Â
-High School
 Specific/Preferred Requirements:
- Working knowledge of DoD Acquisition policies, such as DoDI 5000.02 and SECNAV 5000.02; the Adaptive Acquisition Framework; Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution processes; and MCSC Acquisition Guidebook. Prior DoD Program Management Office experience. Familiarity with PoPS and Supportability Reviews, C4 Retrograde, NSN attainment, and Reset/Refit/Reconstitution processes.Â
- 10 years work related experienceÂ
- DAU Life Cycle Logistics (Foundational) Core Equivalency
- Minimum Clearance Required: SECRET with the ability to obtain TS when Need to Know is required.Â
