Physical Requirements

Shift
Monday – Friday, Day Shift; primarily 8:00AM – 5:00PM (40 hrs/wk); other hours/schedule as needed.
Job Summary
The Department of Otolaryngology is seeking an individual to provide clerical support to assigned clinical divisions, administration, and cross-coverage to other divisions within the department.
This position will provide administrative support for faculty and audiologists, including keeping schedules, paying membership dues, paying meeting registrations, making travel arrangements, maintaining the faculty CVs, and performing other duties as assigned.
