The qualified applicant will be required to conduct research, interpret results, prepare manuscripts, and aid in the preparation of grant applications. Expertise in maintenance of a lab is required and background in hepatocytes biology and isolation preferred in addition to basic laboratory techniques and animal handling. The applicant should have effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, critical thinking ability and evidence of experience and good writing skills through first author publications in peer reviewed journals. The applicant should also be proficient in computer software usage including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical packages.

Degree Requirements: PhD is required
