Overview
Cornerstone Relocation Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlas World Group, has been delivering high-touch, employee-focused mobility solutions for 30+ years. We are seeking a Mobility Consultant with a track record of success to join our growing service team!
The Mobility Consultant is responsible for the execution of global mobility programs and services supporting short-term & long-term international assignments and permanent international transfers. The role will serve as a partner with our client stakeholders as well as third-party vendors to ensure operational excellence with the highest level of compliance, including forward-thinking capabilities to speed up the global assignee learning curve.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as an advocate for employees and assignees participating in the Client’s global mobility program.
Apply functional expertise in global mobility and assignment management to ensure a high-quality assignee experience.
Coordinate all benefits outlined in the policy or assignment letter, including but not limited to cultural and language training, household goods shipment, and related services.
Maintain consistent and proactive communication with assignees throughout the duration of their assignment or transfer.
Prepare and review relocation and assignment reports prior to submission to the Client.
Escalate complex or sensitive assignee concerns to CRG’s Senior Director and/or the Client, as appropriate, prior to engaging with the assignee.
Review and provide cost estimates to support Client budgeting and accrual planning in accordance with policy requirements.
Manage and negotiate host country rental agreements and terminations, as needed.
Participate in year-end compensation processes in collaboration with CRG’s Global Compensation team, the Client, and tax providers.
Resolve vendor service issues in partnership with the CRG Vendor Manager.
Ensure accurate and timely input and maintenance of data in the mobility management system.
Submit and escalate exception requests to the Client as required.
Coordinate and monitor immigration processes, including work permits, visa authorizations, and labor certifications.

What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
4–6 years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or human resources, with demonstrated expertise in assignment management.
Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) certification preferred.
Strong understanding of global immigration processes, including regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
