The Senior Compensation Analyst will be responsible for administering compensation programs, including base salary, incentive plans, and other reward plans that drive the attraction and retention of critical talent while reflecting market conditions, internal equity, a strong pay for performance philosophy, and the company’s strategic initiatives.
In addition to the opportunities typically found in a compensation analyst role, this position offers something different.
