Administrative Coordinator (Remote or Hybrid)
The Administrative Coordinator on the Grants Management Services Team is responsible for the processing of award activations for an assigned constituency in the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP). This individual is responsible for Notice of Award (NOA) reviews and processing, routine correspondence, and direct communication with units as relevant to grant award activations. The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing and processing award modification requests for awarded grants. The position requires strong analytical skills in addition to diplomacy, demeanor, confidentiality, and initiative.

Coordinates the internal processing of communications, transaction requests, and sponsor requests and handles correspondence with internal and external contacts. Advises on the preparation and submission of sponsored project actions. Reviews documents and refers more complex requests to senior leadership. Assists with prioritizing and organizing work.
The position is primarily sedentary, and all work is done through internal electronic systems and applications. Meetings are virtual.
