Our Practice Development team collaborates closely with senior leaders in AG’s practices to support efforts to enhance each practice area’s service offerings, client base, and market presence. The core focus of this role is to serve as a key liaison between practice area leaders and our Marketing department as well as other key administrative departments across the firm. This team is also responsible for developing pitch materials and presentations; planning and executing client-facing and internal business development events; coordinating practice-specific mailings, publications, and awards submissions; monitoring the impact of our practice-specific marketing efforts; and supporting other practice specific activities – frequently in collaboration with other members of the Marketing department.
This position requires strong collaboration across the Marketing function. The ideal candidate will bring experience from a large professional services environment and demonstrate exceptional project management skills, strong organizational abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication. A meticulous attention to detail, proactive mindset, and a collaborative, can-do attitude is essential. The candidate should also be highly proficient in leveraging a range of software applications—including CRM/experience platforms, databases, presentation tools, Microsoft Excel, and document management systems—to support business development, client communications, and marketing efforts.
