About the Role:

The Sales Manager for North America will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion for our non-durable goods manufacturing division. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with the company's overall objectives. The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their individual and collective sales targets. Additionally, this role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in non-durable goods manufacturing or a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the North American market.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to enhance performance and drive results.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
