Job Summary
The Child Welfare Education (CWE) Recruiter is responsible for identifying, engaging, and supporting prospective students for child welfare education programming throughout their journey from initial inquiry through application to enrollment. This dynamic role spans outreach, relationship management, marketing, and data analysis, serving as the primary contact for all potential participants in our CW PREP and CW SUSTAIN programs.

CW PREP prepares undergraduate and graduate students for a career in public child welfare through a combination of coursework and hands-on field experience, while CW SUSTAIN supports current child welfare professionals in pursuing advanced degrees and growing within the field.

The recruiter ensures a consistent, branded, and strategic experience across all touchpoints and contributes directly to the growth and impact of child welfare education in Kentucky. By connecting students and professionals to these programs, the recruiter plays a key role in strengthening the child welfare workforce and advancing the well-being of children and families across the state. They will work closely with academic programs, program managers, and child welfare agencies to develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies aimed at attracting students who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.
