Job Overview
The Program Manager, Operations Behavioral Health supports critical program operations for the Behavioral Health department. The Manager role combines strategic program management with data-driven decision-making to enhance behavioral health services. The Manager's responsibilities include managing administrative and case-management teams, supporting grant administration, and ensuring the successful implementation of program initiatives. The Manager develops and analyzes operational reports, tracks clinical outcomes, and implements quality improvement projects to optimize service delivery. The Manager serves as a vital bridge between clinical, administrative, and operational teams while maintaining strong relationships with community partners. The Manager includes strategic planning, program evaluation, and budget management to support the department's annual goals as well as ensure smooth information flow across the organization, communicating important updates about payer changes, organizational shifts, and program developments to relevant stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, sociology, social work, nursing, or health services required.
Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health or other related clinical integration program is required.
Bilingual preferred: English/Spanish/Mandarin depending on location.
Compensation
$99,074.56 - $123,843.20 annuallyCompensation Disclaimer
Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change.
