Main Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Operations Manager in process activity;

• Assuring highest care about People management;

• Driving high performances;

• Contributing Continuous Improvement Projects;

• Driving the Team to find new ways to increase quality and profit of the site;

• Keeping aligned SLA and KPIs;

• Maintaining safety and security high level;

• Coaching for his First Line Management Team.

What we need from you:

• 2 years of experience of Blu Collars direct management;

• Strong leadership attitude;

• Excellent data collection and analysis skills;

• Flexibility and team player attitude
