Leidos’ Defense Systems Sector Land Systems Business Area is seeking a talented CUAS Site Manager to join our growing Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) team in Lawton, Oklahoma. This role will supervise engineering teams and will assist in office management and program management duties as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage new office and personnel
• Communicate and mentor peers and subordinates across multiple teams
• Manage multiple assignments, handle changing priorities, and work independently
• Collaborative engineering environment working closely with multi-disciplinary teams
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of relevant work experience or Masters plus 2 years of relevant experience. In lieu of degree .9 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years experience leading or supervising a team or project.
• Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance
• Must have a desire to learn and work within a team environment and have at least two years of experience in an organization supporting a US Government/ program.
• Good oral and written communication skills, confident in technical and non-technical discussions
• Highly organized, demonstrating the ability to work independently at times due to fast-paced and highly productive work environment
• Must be a US Citizen and a resident of the Lawton, Oklahoma area or willing to relocate

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in CUAS or Air Defense
• Experience in working with US Army customers and FISTA leadership
